Way group strongly believes in sharing and communication. Our world-class software development conference Øredev
is one of our contributions. During an annual November week, thousands of industry leaders and delegates gather in Malmö, Sweden to share knowledge and get new ideas for improving the software industry we all love.Another way of sharing knowledge is open source software. Several of our experts are committers in high-profile Java- and .NET projects. We also manage several initiatives of our own.
We can probably all agree that the world needs a make-over! Sustainability is obviously a key issue. And sharing knowledge is one way of incrementally creating a better world. However, a frighteningly large portion of the world population struggle to survive the day. In order to change this, we need new systems thinking on a global scale. One of our initiatives, OpenCauses will be unveilled at TED 2009.
